The company, which has successfully completed many industrial projects such as tower crane manufacturing and renovation, tower crane building connection arms and frames, and spare parts for various sectors at home and abroad since its establishment, stands out as Turkey's first domestic tower crane manufacturer. TGM, which has approximately 350 tower cranes in the market, sells an average of 5 tower cranes to the market every month. The company, which started to produce domestically as of 2011, stands out especially with its wide service network. The company, which also won the KOSGEB Young Entrepreneur Award by increasing its number of employees by 300 percent in a short time, sells and rents tower cranes for many important projects in Turkey.

Wide service network

Stating that the most important feature that makes TGM stand out, which is the first domestic tower crane manufacturer at European Standards in Turkey, is its wide service network and spare parts supply, TGM Foreign Trade Officer Aslan Doğan said, "The most important advantage of TGM Tower Crane is its strong service network. Service in this sector "The network is very important because tower cranes are high-cost machines and they lift heavy loads. As a result, problems may inevitably occur. Customers who pay this cost and purchase the machine demand a solution to any problems that may occur in the machine as soon as possible," he said. Stating that TGM has established a wide service network in order to respond to these demands as soon as possible, Doğan said, "Because if the tower crane stops in the project, that project is directly affected and the work comes to a halt. A stalled construction project can also cause great financial losses. He "Therefore, the tower crane may stop for a day at most. It must be operational again on the second day. As TGM, we show the necessary sensitivity in this regard." Explaining the company's sensitivity to service with an example, Doğan said, "When we export machinery from here to abroad, in case of any malfunction, we immediately direct our teams to that country. Our expert team personally examines the problem there and we fix the problem. We do not victimize our customers in this regard. We receive a lot of positive feedback on this issue." " said. Providing information about another important service of TGM, Doğan said, "When the products we sell are not used by our customers, we prevent the tower crane from remaining idle by taking that tower crane from its owner and renting it to a different company."

TGM Tower Crane types

TGM, which produces tower cranes in its factory in Düzce, established on a total area of ​​30 thousand square meters, 18 thousand square meters of which is closed and 12 thousand square meters of which is open, has GRT52-42 H 6 TONS, GRT60-15 H 8 TONS, T/GRT60-15-50 H 8 TONS, It produces GRT66-57 H 10 ton, GRT70-50 H 12 ton, GRT75-50 H 16 ton, and 18 ton tower cranes. Stating that they received requests to produce 20, 25 or 40, 45 ton tower cranes, especially in the Iranian market, Doğan said, "We have the infrastructure to produce high tonnage cranes in line with these demands." He said that the most preferred tower crane in Turkey is 8 tons. Underlining Doğan, "We can produce as soon as there is demand. However, in line with the demands from the sector, the cranes we produce most are 6, 8, 10 and 12 ton cranes. 8-ton tower cranes are the most preferred in the Turkish market. "We generally highlight our 8-ton tower crane at fairs because it is in high demand from our customers," he said.

Expressing that what is important for TGM is customer satisfaction, Doğan said, "Our priority is the satisfaction of our customers. Housing construction is faster and of higher quality with tower cranes. It causes less damage to the environment. It is also more advantageous in terms of occupational safety.
